Brian Joseph Burton (born July 29, 1977), by the stage name Danger Mouse, is an American musician, songwriter, and record producer. He rose to fame in 2004 with The Gray Album, in which he combined Jay-Z's vocals from The Black Album with instrumentals from The Beatles' The White Album.
With the group Gnarls Barkley, which he founded with Cee Lo Green, St. He signed the albums Elsewhere and The Odd Couple. He also formed the band Danger Doom with rapper MF Doom and released the album The Mouse and the Mask in 2005.
